I created Nourished to honour where I'm at right now. My heart and soul has been craving a deeper connection to my body temple, the stars and the earth. My body is yearning to open even more to the beauty, magick and wonder of life.
I'm desiring to feel soul nourished, to have my cup full, to live from overflow.
When I started to feel shut down and not lit up by life I knew I needed to stop the doing, drop into my body and come home to myself.
So that's exactly what I did! And it was lush! like a warm hug, like that feeling when the hot water runs down your back in the shower and all your stresses leave your body in that moment. Ah Bliss!!
That's Nourished!
Life right now is crazy to say the least! It's so fast paced, its chaotic actually! When was the last time you just stopped and took a deep cleansing intentional breath?
When was the last time you allowed yourself to connect deeply with your heart, womb and yoni? Have you ever?
The nourished woman knows the importance of rest and replenishment. To just be!
She fills her body with cosmic light and anchors deeply into the richness of the earth.
She creates spaciousness within her body to melt, soften and open to the pleasure and possibilities of life. Her softness is her power!
She honours her feminine flow, her cycle, her sacredness and her intuition.
She is a woman in every aspect of the word.
She integrates her light and dark, her masculine and her feminine and she knows her worth. she gifts herself the time and space to feel lit up and turned on! She allows pleasure to fill her body in a delicious all-encompassing love for self. She feels so connected, embodied and aligned to her highest desires. She has built her capacity to hold such richness in her body and life it just becomes her new normal.
Her level of self-acceptance is awe inspiring! She has healed timelines and shifted paradigms! She is always moving forward in such devotion to her soul.
Her radiance is magnetic! She oozes sensuality and mystery - She is an enigma!
She is a beautiful piece of broken pottery put back together by her own hands.

Nourished is a 8-week group immersion of deep love for self.
