For as long as I can remember, I've been drawn to what lives beneath the surface.

Not just to healing...

 

But what it truly means to be fully alive.

Because somewhere along the way, so many of us forget.

We become who we're needed to be.

We shape-shift.

We people-please.

We silence our own knowing.

We wear the masks that keep everyone else comfortable...

...while quietly wondering where we went.

I know that woman.

 

 

I've been her.

My own journey has taken me through seasons that cracked me open.

Seasons that humbled me.

Seasons that brought me to my knees.

And seasons so breathtakingly beautiful they reminded me why life is worth falling in love with.

 

Each one invited me home to myself.

Along the way I immersed myself in many different pathways.

Embodiment.

Energy healing.

The nervous system.

The womb mysteries.

Shadow work.

Astrology.

Human Design.

Gene Keys.

Ancient wisdom.

For years I believed I was collecting separate modalities.

Now I see something entirely different.

They were never separate.

They were all threads leading me back to the same place.

Not toward becoming someone new...

But back to remembering the woman I had always been.

 

That changed everything.

 

 

Because I no longer believe we're here to fix ourselves.

I believe we're here to gather every forgotten piece.

Every hidden part.

Every season.

Every story.

Until we realise...

Nothing was ever missing.

We were never broken.

We had simply forgotten how beautifully we belonged to ourselves.

That understanding became the foundation of The Rose Temple.

Not a business.

Not a collection of offerings.

But a living sanctuary.

A place devoted to remembrance.

 

A place that continues to grow, deepen and bloom alongside me.

 

Every room has its own purpose.

Every doorway welcomes a different woman.

Yet every path leads toward the same truth.

The sacred and the beautifully ordinary.

 

But none of those are the destination.

 

They're simply different doorways into the same sanctuary.

Because beneath every modality...

Every conversation...

Every offering...

Lives the same invitation.

 

To soften.

To reconnect.

To remember.

 

To come home to yourself.

 

And then...

To live.

 

Because I don't believe healing is the destination.

I believe healing gives us our life back.

It gives us back our capacity to feel.

 

To notice beauty.

To breathe more deeply.

To laugh until our belly hurts.

To dance in the kitchen.

To buy ourselves flowers.

To watch the sunrise.

To stop and smell the roses.

 

To become so available for life...

That life begins meeting us there.

Because

the more we're turned on by life...

The more life turns on for us.
